Kiruna, Sweden

 

One last trip while on exchange to the Arctic Circle! We rented a cozy little cabin outside of Kiruna to fit the 10 of us. We lucked out seeing a beautiful display of the Northern Lights, because it is a low year for solar activity. Enjoyed a dog sled tour over the frozen lake, and afterwards got to spend time playing with the pups and drinking hot chocolate. A weekend full of Uno, roasted marshmallows, and very little sunlight (about 3 hours a day).
